“ I highly recommend this place! First time we have been here and we love it so far! The owners are so sweet and nice. A little old couple and they are so nice! The food is excellent! I got the potato gnocchi and my husband got a hot chicken finger sub! We will definitely be back! Such a small and cute little restaurant!!!!! ”
“ This is a mom and pop restaurant that has been around for a long time. It's not for everyone but it's definitely for anyone who loves authentic Italian food. This is your Nonna and Nonno's Sunday dinners and any other meal you could imagine. The decor is one of a kind and your eyes will wander the rooms until your food arrives at which time you will promptly forget it because the food is to die for. I cannot recommend this spot enough - ya it's a bit rough around the edges but when it's gone there won't be another one like it. ”
“ Our family came here for dinner and we all loved it. My nephew ordered a fish fry, it was one of the best fish fries we have ever tried. They use codfish not haddock. I ordered the fish parmigiano(pictured below) also cod fish. It was delicious. This place is a hidden gem for sure . ”
“ I arrived at a repurposed house claiming to be the best. Walking in I was overwhelmed with the decor, no photos will capture the scope of it. Slightly wary, I ordered what I can say is one of the best meals of my life. Take the time and go to this small...but uniquely decorated restaurant. You will not be disappointed. ”
“ Italian from another era. Best tripe in the greater WNY area. Delicacy for those who know about it. I hope you enjoy your experience as much as I did. Bei tempi ”
“ Faso’s is a unique little restaurant that we stopped at on the way from Niagara into Buffalo. When we went we were the only people there and it felt like eating dinner at grandma’s house. The service is extremely personal and friendly and the food is fantastic. The place was decorated for Christmas which it apparently is year round, I would highly recommend taking the time to look around and visiting the winter wonderland display in the back. Bring some quarters for the jukebox and get ready for a dining experience you cannot find almost anywhere else in the country. I would encourage anyone to dine in here and enjoy the personal service, great food, and unique atmosphere that Faso’s has to offer! ”
“ I loved this small family owned restaurant, the evening I was there no children nor grandchildren helping out, both workers were either octogenarians or very close. They were very sweet and helpful. Felt like my childhood, at a place in Smithtown on Long Island called Angelo's (aka The Hotel) near the train trestle. Checkered table clothes, warm rolls, a bottle of Chianti. Then grandma's lasagna and delicious gnocchi. I will return. They already had Christmas decoration up, it was a lovely/festive evening. ”
“ Amazing little amazing little find. Got to meet the owner as well. HE WAS STILL WORKING THE BAR!! been open for 43 years. Eclectic and very special for sure. Food has huge portions. The couple that was in dining already couldn't say anything bad about the place. I got a fish fry dinner to go for 12.95 plus tax in the service with amazing. ”
